ABOUT US

Experience. Expertise. Excellence.

We are a BIPOC diversity, equity and inclusion agency built on years of personal and professional experience. Together, our founding members have extensive experience in equity with a focus on healthcare, policy, and research.

During the pandemic, we faced hurdles in healthcare that brought us together and pushed equity in healthcare to the forefront. It is our passion to dismantle racism, sexism, classism, homophobia, and ableism. As a result of our ongoing struggles with healthcare, we have a deeper understanding of present-day societal and systemic barriers than many other health equity organizations.

In our collective experience, we have worked with non-profits, higher education, government agencies, and corporate clients whose organizations are diverse to varying degrees. To learn more about how we got started visit our  Founders page.
